What We Do
Most organizations know their needs and objectives; what PENN Behavioral Health offers is the expertise to address the behavioral health issues that can stand in the way of meeting those objectives and impact the overall safety and financial health of the organization. Corporate Assistance
Our services begin with the organization. Working in concert with your management and Human Resources, we align our program objectives with your existing behavioral health policies and practices. Corporate Assistance provides:

  • Safety in the workplace initiatives such as psychological fitness for duty and drug-free workplace programs
  • Integration of behavioral health services into the organization's existing policies, practices
  • Development of customized manager and supervisory training linked to the organization's behavioral health policies
  • Management consultations
  • Integration of formal referrals and organizational interventions through Human Resources
  • Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD) with certified CISD counselors that are available whenever there is a serious behavioral health issue

Management Services
At PENN Behavioral Health we believe that managers and supervisors need the behavioral health tools and training to address the complex issues of the modern workplace and to consistently apply your organization's policies. Our Management Assistance provides:

  • Consultations with Human Resources, managers and supervisors regarding specific behavioral health issues and policies
  • Customized behavioral health trainings for managers and supervisors aligned with corporate objectives and behavioral health policies
  • Individual Manager and Supervisor Coaching
  • A collaborative approach that fosters a partnership with managers and supervisors so that they think of PENN Behavioral Health whenever there is an issue

Unlike many current EAPs that have diluted their program with a wide array of peripheral services, PENN Behavioral Health has maintained a strong clinical focus that emphasizes professional assessment, a direct connection to an outstanding network of therapists and providers, coordination and follow-up.
