Penn Behavioral Health Work/Life Program is a free, confidential and comprehensive consultation service that identifies real solutions for all of your dependent care needs and provides up to the minute information on a comprehensive array of child and elder care resources, including:

  • Access to a Counselor - Convenient access through our toll-free number, 1-888-321-4433, to talk directly to an expert and experienced counselor about your needs for child care, adoption, school-age care and all types of elder care or care for a person with a disability.
  • Time-Saving Research - The counselor will do all the research for you to identify caregivers, services and providers who match your need and have confirmed availability when you need care.
  • Comprehensive Referral Packet - In just a few days, you will receive a packet which includes personalized provider profiles and educational materials to support you in making a decision about care. And of course, you can call and talk to a counselor at any time!
Online Services
  • My Family - Childcare and eldercare searches; Public and private school searches and school planning resources; College search and tuition financing tools; Adoption resources; Veterinarian and pet care searches

  • My Health - Behavioral health resources; Health and fitness club searches; Health and wellness resources

  • My Time - Online concierge services in the areas of Household, Tourist & City, Sports & Recreation, Dining, Entertainment, Travel, and Shopping

  • My Money - A credit card rewards program that offers employees rebates at hundreds of their favorite national merchants and discounts at local restaurants, as well as a discount mortgage program offering discounted mortgage fees and rates, title insurance, closing fees and property appraisal fees.
