Personal Growth

While our mental and emotional well-being is partly influenced by forces outside our control - whether based in our biology or environment - we do have control over much of what makes us the people we are. We have the capacity to take positive steps to enhance our growth as human beings by developing personal qualities we feel are inadequate and improving personal attributes or behaviors that may be lacking. Personal growth is a critical component of our capacity to function well at home and at work, and a primary contributor to increased personal satisfaction and happiness.
